3 Idiots News : Maddy's Furtive Of Triumph
Thursday, February 11, 2010
Madhavan is one of the very few actors who fruitfully stability their Bollywood and Kollywood commitment on an even keel. The actor is mighty pleased at the triumph of his latest Hindi film ‘3 Idiots’ which co-starred superstar Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor. After the film was declared a superhit, Maddy left for U.S. along with his family on vacation. Speaking casually, Maddy says that he would love to decide on different scripts in each of his films and would hate repetition of the same story. “Choosing the right script is the key to a film’s success and an actor’s survival,” opines Madhavan and says that every actor has his or her own individualism and style and that it’d be very difficult for them to deviate from that particular ‘mode’ to which they had got themselves used to. “I did quite a lot of grounding for my role in 3 Idiots of that of an IT student. The film deals with in deepest detail the syllabus offered to IT student, their state of mind and reaction to it and many other things. Only after going through them, did I agree to do the film. In future too, I would all the time try to associate myself in meaningful and socially relevant films,” said Madhavan.
