Rahman not in Oscar race this year

Sadly, the Mozart of Madras A.R. Rahman’s song “Na na” from the movie couple draw back did not make it to the final Oscar suggestion list in the 'Best Original Song' grouping, despite being one of the 63 songs shortlisted from approximately the world.
'Na na...' is very special to the melodious genius as it has some bits sung by his son। Couples Retreat is a comedy flick that tells the story of four couples abandoned on an island.
The nominees for this year's best imaginative song include Randy Newman, who has two nominations, Maury Yeston, Ryan Bingham and T. Bone Burnett.
