Actor Prashanth's Birthday Celebration!

Actor Prashanth celebrated his birthday on the sets of his upcoming epic film Ponner Sankar. The film is an adaptation of Tamilnadu Chief Minister Kalaignar Karunanidhi's historical novel by the same title.After Jeans, Prashanth is doing a dual responsibility for the first time as Ponner and Sankar in Ponner Sankar, directed as well as produced by his father Thyagarajan. The film narrates the legendary story of two warrior brothers, who lived many centuries ago. The brothers are worshiped as Kaval Devams in the villages of Tamilnadu even today; their princely narrative has been recounted through the countless folk ballads furthermore the brothers are known for their bravery, strength of character and valour. A.R. Rahman, the present numero uno in Indian music, is the music director.Malaiyoor Mambattian, the restructure of Prashanth's father’s yesteryear super hit of the same name, is also in its post-production stage and will soon hit the screens.
