Sony Music Bags Singam Music Rights

Sony Music India’s foray into Kollywood has created many landmarks and milestones with some of the most successful and prestigious projects. After redefining music marketing with chart busters like Sakkarakatti, Dasavathaaram, Vaaranam Aayiram, Aayirathil Oruvan and Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, Sony Music has now tied up with Sun Pictures to acquire as well as promote the music of their forthcoming film Singam starring Suriya and Anushka Shetty.Singam is Suriya's 25th film, Tollywood sensation Devi Sri Prasad has composed music for the film. Suriya and director Hari are naturally hoping in favor of a hat trick after Aaru plus Vel. Suriya dons the role of a police officer after Khaka Khaka in addition to Hari directs this police narrative subsequent to Saamy. Singam is produced by Gnanavel Raja under the banner Studio Green furthermore BIG Pictures.
