Aasai’s Feat

Aasai was adjudged the best diminutive film at the Indian Film Festival 2010 apprehended at Melbourne Australia. This silver screen, which was directed by Sam, bagged the impressive decoration in a competition wherein on the subject matter of 200 short pictures took component. Aasai’s director Sam says that the festival Director Ms. Mitu personally liked the short film so much that she was instrumental in having him at the location to take delivery of the award.Well known directors Mr. Rajkumar Hirani (3 Idiots), Mr. Imitaz Ali (Love Aaj Kal), Mr. Sohail Khan (Main Aurr Mrs Khanna) also appreciated the employment of Sam in Aasai.Director Sam says, “The film festival gave me an immense response and an international exposure to my career. I worked with director Ameer in Paruthiveeran and as Associate Director with Director Samuthirakani in Naadodigal.”
