Khushbu Wins Case On Live-In Relationship

Actress Khushbu was in the headlines in 2005 for her 'controversial' statement regarding sex before marriage. Khushbu had opined that premarital sex is prevalent in India in addition to no educated man would expect his bride to be a virgin. 20 cases were filed in opposition to her in 2005 alleging that her statement was an endorsement of premarital sex. In 2008, Khushbu approached the Supreme Court subsequent to the Madras High Court dismissed her plea to invalidate the criminal cases filed against her. Balakrishnan.The court also said that the views expressed by Khushbu were individual furthermore no one has the right to question the personal thinking of a person.
